(1) Every insurer shall file with the department a list containing the name and address of each appointed agent who is exempt from licensure under s. 626.8417(4) and (5) and who issues or countersigns binders, commitments, title insurance policies, or guarantees of title.
(2) Each month thereafter, the insurer shall report to the department the name and address of any nonlicensed agent whose appointment is granted or terminated.
