Delaware Code Title 23. Navigation and Waters § 1111. Removal or destruction of channel stakes in Murderkill River;  penalty

Whoever wilfully destroys or removes any of the stakes settled and planted to designate the channel of Murderkill River, by and under the authority of 13 Laws, ch. 153, shall be fined $20 for each stake removed.
