(a) The Department shall conduct an annual survey to update information on the condition of spray parks, artificial turf fields, playgrounds, and courts such as tennis, pickleball, basketball, or other similar hard surface courts, as determined by the Department, at recreational facilities. The survey results shall be disaggregated by facility, made publicly available, and transmitted to the Council, the Council chairpersons with oversight jurisdiction over the Department and the Department of Parks and Recreation, and the Office of the City Administrator by March 1 of each year.
(b) For the purposes of this section, the term “recreation facility” shall have the same meaning as set forth in § 10-551.07c(a)(2).
