Connecticut General Statutes Title 5. State Employees § 5-199d. Role of regional community-technical colleges in training for state employees

The Department of Administrative Services or any other state agency which seeks to contract for training for their employees shall, prior to entering into a contract, contact the chancellor of the Connecticut State Colleges and Universities, or the chancellor's designee, to determine if an appropriate training program exists or can be designed at a regional community-technical college. Nothing in this section shall preclude an agency from considering or choosing other providers to meet such training need.
