Connecticut General Statutes Title 4E. State Contracting § 4e-44. Regulations concerning the procurement of consultant services

Not later than June 1, 2010, the State Contracting Standards Board shall adopt regulations, in accordance with the provisions of chapter 54,  1 to establish the process to be used to procure consultant services, and in consultation with the Attorney General, the type of contract to be used to procure such consultant services.
