Not later than June 1, 2010, the State Insurance and Risk Management Board established pursuant to section 4a-19 shall adopt regulations, in accordance with the provisions of chapter 54, 1 in consultation with the State Contracting Standards Board, that specify when a state contracting agency shall require proposers to provide appropriate errors and omissions insurance to cover architectural and engineering services under the project delivery methods established in regulations adopted pursuant to section 4e-41.
