Any education, employment or job training program or contract in existence on June 23, 1999, that is funded under the Job Training Partnership Act 1 shall continue in effect until the renewal period, provided such program is consistent with the provisions of the federal Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act of 2014, P.L. 113-128, as from time to time amended.
