Connecticut General Statutes Title 23. Parks, Forests and Public Shade Trees § 23-70. Maintenance agreements re Appalachian National Scenic Trail

As stated in Public Law 90-543,  1 the commissioner may enter into cooperative agreements with agencies of the federal government or with private organizations to provide for the maintenance of the trail.
