Connecticut General Statutes Title 21A. Consumer Protection § 21a-241. Prior regulations continued

Regulations promulgated under chapter 344  1 of the general statutes, revision of 1958, as amended, and chapters 344a  2 and 344b  3 of the 1965 supplement thereto, in effect on October 1, 1967, shall, unless clearly in conflict with the provisions of this chapter, continue in effect until superseded by regulations hereunder.

1 C.G.S.A. § 19-244 et seq. (repealed; see, now, this chapter).
2 C.G.S.A. § 19-268a et seq. (repealed).
3 C.G.S.A. § 19-268e et seq. (repealed).
