The State Treasurer is directed to pay to the treasurer of The University of Connecticut all moneys received by virtue of an Act of Congress for the endowment and support of colleges for the benefit of agriculture and the mechanic arts, approved August 30, 1890, 1 the provisions of which act were accepted by this state by an act approved June 11, 1903. The trustees of said university shall annually make and distribute the reports called for by said Act of Congress.
