The Department of Education shall provide, upon request, complete and accurate information regarding special education programs and services offered by the state, local and regional boards of education, regional educational service centers and other providers, provided such information is not otherwise prohibited from disclosure under state or federal law, to organizations that represent and provide services to parents and guardians of children requiring special education and related services.
