(a) Each coil coating affected source must limit organic HAP emissions to the level specified
in paragraph (a)(1), (2), or (3) of this section:
(1) No more than 2 percent of the organic HAP applied for each month during each 12–month
compliance period (98 percent reduction); or
(2) No more than 0.046 kilogram (kg) of organic HAP per liter of solids applied during
each 12–month compliance period; or
(3) If you use an oxidizer to control organic HAP emissions, operate the oxidizer such
that an outlet organic HAP concentration of no greater than 20 parts per million by
volume (ppmv) on a dry basis is achieved and the efficiency of the capture system
is 100 percent.
(b) You must demonstrate compliance with one of these standards by following the applicable
procedures in § 63.5170.
