California Code, Food and Agricultural Code (Formerly Agricultural Code) - FAC § 41132

This chapter does not affect the right of a purchaser of grapes for wine and byproducts purposes to specify a minimum percentage of soluble solids as a definition of maturity of the grapes if the price which is to be paid is to be determined other than on the basis of the soluble solid contents of the grapes.
