California Code, Food and Agricultural Code (Formerly Agricultural Code) - FAC § 38971

No product resembling a milk product shall be advertised, displayed for sale, or sold in any manner or under any circumstances or conditions that is likely to mislead, deceive, or confuse consumers into believing such products are milk products.
