California Code, Food and Agricultural Code (Formerly Agricultural Code) - FAC § 35229

The fees which are required by Sections 35227 and 35228 do not apply to United States government owned butter which is cut and wrapped in this state or to butter which is cut and wrapped in this state for export to points outside the continental United States.
