California Code, Food and Agricultural Code (Formerly Agricultural Code) - FAC § 3021

Every state, district, county, or citrus fruit fair which receives any money from the State Treasury shall permit the admission without payment of the admission charge of all children 12 years of age or under on at least one day, which is designated by the fair, during each fair period.
