California Code, Food and Agricultural Code (Formerly Agricultural Code) - FAC § 12752.2

“Department” means the Department of Pesticide Regulation when used in Chapter 1 (commencing with Section 12501), Chapter 2 (commencing with Section 12751) excepting Article 2.5 (commencing with Section 12786), Chapter 3 (commencing with Section 14001), Chapter 3.5 (commencing with Section 14101), Chapter 3.6 (commencing with Section 14151), and Chapter 7 (commencing with Section 15201).

In Article 2.5 (commencing with Section 12786) of Chapter 2, Chapter 4 (commencing with Section 14200), Chapter 5 (commencing with Section 14501), and Chapter 6 (commencing with Section 14901), “department” means the Department of Food and Agriculture.
