Arizona Revised Statutes Title 38. Public Officers and Employees § 38-810.05. Required distributions

All distributions required under this article shall be determined and made pursuant to section 401(a)(9) of the internal revenue code 1 and the regulations that are issued under that section by the United States secretary of the treasury.
