Arizona Revised Statutes Title 23. Labor § 23-416. De minimis violations

The division may issue an advisory notice setting forth de minimis violations of standards and regulations which shall carry no penalty, unless the employer wilfully and repeatedly violates such standard or regulation, in which case the division may refer the matter to the commission for appropriate action pursuant to § 23-418.
