A. Nonpartisan elections and elections held by a school district, a city or a town that are not held concurrently with a general election shall be called not later than one hundred eighty days before the date of holding the election. This subsection does not apply to an election called pursuant to § 19-209 or 35-453.
B. For the purposes of this article, “nonpartisan” means an election that is held by a special district established pursuant to title 48 and that is not held concurrently with the general election.
