Arizona Revised Statutes Title 15. Education § 15-973.01. Assistance for education fund

A. The assistance for education fund is established consisting of monies received pursuant to § 43-617.

B. The state board of education shall administer the fund. On notice from the state board, the state treasurer shall invest and divest monies in the fund as provided by § 35-313 and monies earned from investments shall be credited to the fund. Monies in the fund:

1. Are continuously appropriated to the state board of education.

2. Are exempt from the provisions of § 35-190, relating to lapsing of appropriations.

C. The state board of education shall distribute monies in the fund to the department of education to fund solutions teams assigned to schools pursuant to § 15-241.02.
