Arizona Revised Statutes Title 15. Education § 15-947.01. Revenue control limit; general budget limit; total capital budget limit for career technical education districts

A. The revenue control limit for a career technical education district is equal to the base support level determined in § 15-943.02.

B. The general budget limit for each career technical education district, for each fiscal year, is the sum of the following:

1. The revenue control limit for the budget year.

2. District additional assistance for the budget year.

3. Tuition revenues for attendance of nonresident pupils.

4. Title VIII of the elementary and secondary education act of 1965 assistance determined for children with disabilities, children with specific learning disabilities and children residing on Indian lands as provided in § 15-905, subsections K and O.

5. Expenditures for excess utility costs as provided in § 15-910.

C. The unrestricted capital budget limit for each career technical education district for the budget year is as provided in § 15-947, subsection D.
