Notwithstanding §§ 15-841 and 15-842, the suspension or expulsion of children with disabilities, as defined in § 15-761, shall be in accordance with the individuals with disabilities education act (20 United States Code §§ 1410 through 1485) 1 and federal regulations issued pursuant to the individuals with disabilities education act.
