All school personnel who observe a violation of § 13-3102, subsection A, paragraph 12 or § 13-3111 on school premises shall immediately report the violation to the school administrator. The administrator shall immediately report the violation to a peace officer. The peace officer shall report this violation to the department of public safety for inclusion in the statewide and federal uniform crime reports prescribed in § 41-1750, subsection A, paragraph 2.
