Arizona Revised Statutes Title 15. Education § 15-189.04. Policies and procedures for the emergency administration of epinephrine and inhalers

The governing body of each charter school shall prescribe and enforce policies and procedures for the emergency administration of epinephrine auto-injectors by a trained employee of the charter school pursuant to § 15-157 and may prescribe and enforce policies and procedures for the emergency administration of inhalers by a trained employee of the charter school or a nurse who is under contract with the charter school pursuant to § 15-158.
