A. Persons older than the age specified in § 15-1343 and persons who are not residents of this state may be admitted to the school if its capacity will permit, but no person shall be received into or retained in the school to the exclusion or detriment of those for whom it is especially founded.
B. Persons from other states and countries may have the benefits of the school by complying with the conditions of admission for state citizens and by advance payment to the superintendent of an amount fixed by the board.
C. Monies collected pursuant to subsection B of this section shall be deposited in the schools for the deaf and the blind fund established by § 15-1304.
