In the event the General Assembly has appropriated general revenue funds for any agency, department, or institution for which funding is not provided in this chapter, the Chief Fiscal Officer of the State shall make the appropriation payable from the General Revenue Fund from which the principal department as created by §§ 6-11-101, 6-11-102, 25-2-101 -- 25-2-109, 25-5-101, 25-6-102, 25-7-101, 25-8-101, 25-8-105, 25-9-101, 25-10-101, 25-10-102, 25-10-103, 25-10-104, 25-10-105, 25-10-106, 25-11-101, 25-11-102, 25-12-101, 25-13-101, and 25-14-101 draws its support. In the event such appropriation is made to any other agency of the state, the appropriation is to be made payable from the Miscellaneous Agencies Fund Account.
