A person may receive a resident hunting, trapping, and sport fishing license under AS 16.05.340(a)(6) without charge if the person is an active member of the
(1) Alaska National Guard;
(2) United States Army reserves;
(3) United States Air Force reserves;
(4) United States Navy reserves;
(5) United States Marine Corps reserves; or
(6) United States Coast Guard reserves.
