Wyoming Statutes Title 31. Motor Vehicles § 31-5-931. Backup and side marker lamps

(a) Any motor vehicle may be equipped with not more than two (2) backup lamps either separately or in combination with other lamps, but any such backup lamp shall not be lighted when the motor vehicle is in forward motion.

(b) Any vehicle may be equipped with one (1) or more side marker lamps and any side marker lamp may be flashed in conjunction with turn or vehicular hazard warning signals.

(c) Lamps allowed by this section shall comply with the regulations of the superintendent.

The director may cooperate with the owners of forest lands and receive financial assistance from them for forestry purposes and do any and all things necessary therefor, including the establishment and maintenance of patrol and lookout stations:  Provided, that the director shall expend for forestry purposes, and for no other purpose, such moneys as shall be appropriated therefor by the State, and such moneys as may be recovered from persons giving origin to grass or forest fires, and such moneys as may be received from the federal government by appropriation under the Weeks Law,  1 the Cooperative Forestry Assistance Act of 1978   2 and any reference to the Clarke-McNary Law   3 or otherwise.
