(a) No certificate of title shall be issued for:
(i) Vehicles owned by the United States;
(ii) Implements of husbandry, except multipurpose vehicles that qualify as implements of husbandry;
(iii) Vehicles of nonresident owners titled in another state, except as authorized by W.S. 31-2-101(c);
(iv) Repealed by Laws 2009, ch. 16, § 4.
(v) Repealed by Laws 1993, ch. 16, § 2.
(vi) Repealed by Laws 2009, ch. 16, § 4.
