Within twenty business days after the date of receipt of the national medical support notice, the employer shall transfer the notice, excluding the severable employer withholding notice described in section 401(b)(2)(C) of the Child Support Performance and Incentive Act of 1998, 1 to the appropriate plan providing any health care coverage for which the child is eligible.
