Wisconsin Statutes Testimony, Documentary Evidence and Presumptions (Ch. 885 to 891) § 891.31. Corporate existence

In an action or proceeding by or against any corporation or limited liability company, it shall not be necessary to prove the existence of such corporation or limited liability company unless its existence is specially denied by an answer.
