Wisconsin Statutes State Sovereignty, Jurisdiction and Divisions (Ch. 1 to 4) § 4.002. County and municipal boundaries

In this chapter, reference to any county or municipality means that county or municipality as its boundaries exist on April 1 of the year of the federal decennial census on which the districting plans described under subchs. II and III are based.
