In cities with a population of 150,000 and more, the mayor may appoint a city highway
safety coordinator who shall be a member of the city agency or commission responsible
for traffic accident analysis and traffic safety related matters. The commission or agency shall meet at least quarterly to review city traffic accident
data and other traffic safety related matters.
