Wisconsin Statutes Limitation of Actions (Ch. 893) § 893.41. Breach of contract to marry; action to recover property

An action to recover property procured by fraud by a party in representing that he or she intended to marry the party providing the property and not breach the contract to marry, to which s. 768.06 applies, shall be commenced within one year after the breach of the contract to marry.
