Wisconsin Statutes Limitation of Actions (Ch. 893) § 893.21. Effect of military exemption from civil process

The time during which any resident of this state has been exempt from the service of civil process on account of being in the military service of the United States or of this state, shall not be taken as any part of the time limited by law for the commencement of any civil action in favor of or against such person.
