Wisconsin Statutes Highways (Ch. 80 to 86) § 84.1032. Blue Star Memorial Highway

The department shall designate STH 23 commencing at Sheboygan and proceeding westerly to the Sheboygan County line as a “Blue Star Memorial Highway” to commemorate and honor the armed forces of the United States of America and all individuals who have served or will serve in this nation's armed forces.
