By September 1 of each even-numbered year, the president shall submit a report to the chief clerk of each house for distribution to the legislature under s. 13.172(2) that contains a description of each employment harassment or discrimination claim filed against the board or an employee of the board and resolved in favor of the claimant, the amount of any settlement paid to or judgment entered for the claimant and a description of any discipline of board employees resulting from the resolution of the claim.
