Wisconsin Statutes Health (Ch. 140 to 162) § 153.22. Patient-level data utilization, charge, and quality report

The entity under contract under s. 153.05(2m)(a) shall prepare and submit to the governor and to the chief clerk of each house of the legislature for distribution to the legislature under s. 13.172(2), an annual report that summarizes utilization, charge, and quality data on patients treated by hospitals and ambulatory surgery centers during the most recent calendar year.
