Wisconsin Statutes Corrections (Ch. 301 to 304) § 302.055. Transfer of inmates to resource center

The department may transfer an inmate from a prison, jail or other criminal detention facility to the Wisconsin resource center if there is reason to believe that the inmate is in need of individualized care. The inmate is entitled to a transfer hearing by the department on the transfer to the Wisconsin resource center.
