Wisconsin Statutes Agriculture, Food and Trade Practices (Ch. 91 to 100) § 93.80. Arsenic in wood

The department, jointly with the department of safety and professional services, shall review scientific evidence to determine whether there is a substantial likelihood that wood treated with copper, chromium, and arsenic is harmful to the environment or to human health.
