Washington Revised Code Title 89. Reclamation, Soil Conservation, and Land Settlement § 89.30.694. Delinquency and sale in general improvement and divisional districts--Resolution to convey property acquired by district--Price

Authority to convey any property thus acquired must be conferred by resolution of the board entered on its minutes fixing the price at which such sale may be made.
