Washington Revised Code Title 79A. Public Recreational Lands § 79A.15.020. Habitat conservation account

The habitat conservation account is established in the state treasury. The board shall administer the account in accordance with chapter 79A.25 RCW and this chapter, and shall hold it separate and apart from all other money, funds, and accounts of the board.
