Washington Revised Code Title 79. Public Lands § 79.125.050. Date of sale limited by time of appraisal

In no case shall any state-owned tidelands or shorelands, otherwise permitted under RCW 79.125.200 to be sold, be offered for sale unless the lands have been appraised by the department within ninety days prior to the date fixed for the sale.
