Washington Revised Code Title 74. Public Assistance § 74.48.070. Assessment part of operating overhead

The incidence and burden of assessments imposed under this chapter shall be on skilled nursing facilities and the expense associated with the assessments shall constitute a part of the operating overhead of the facilities. Skilled nursing facilities shall not itemize the safety net assessment on billings to residents or third-party payers.
