Washington Revised Code Title 71. Behavioral Health § 71.06.100. Postcommitment proceedings, releases, and further dispositions--Hospital record to be furnished court, indeterminate sentence review board

Where under RCW 71.06.091 the superintendent renders his or her opinion to the committing court, he or she shall provide the committing court, and, in the event of conditional release, the indeterminate sentence review board, with a copy of the hospital medical record concerning the sexual psychopath.
