Washington Revised Code Title 70A. Environmental Health and Safety § 70A.15.1080. Exception--Burning wood at historic structure

Except as otherwise provided in this section, any building or structure listed on the national register of historic sites, structures, or buildings established pursuant to 80 Stat. 915, 16 U.S.C. Sec. 470a, or on the state register established pursuant to RCW 27.34.220, shall be permitted to burn wood as it would have when it was a functioning facility as an authorized exception to the provisions of this chapter.  Such burning of wood shall not be exempted from the provisions of RCW 70A.15.6000 through 70A.15.6040.
