Washington Revised Code Title 70A. Environmental Health and Safety § 70A.10.130. Financial responsibility

Proof of financial responsibility may be furnished by an applicant by his or her showing, to the satisfaction of the department, his or her ability to respond in damages for liability which might reasonably be attached to or result from his or her weather modification and control activities in connection with the operation for which he or she seeks a permit.
