Washington Revised Code Title 70. Public Health and Safety § 70.58A.570. Duty of local registrar to submit monthly reports--Duty of state registrar to periodically test and audit fraud prevention procedures

(a) A summary of the number of certifications and informational copies issued by vital life event type in a format provided by the state registrar;

(b) A log of all numbered paper certifications issued and destroyed in a format provided by the state registrar; and

(c) A copy of the accounting of fees required by RCW 70.58A.560.
