Washington Revised Code Title 69. Food, Drugs, Cosmetics, and Poisons § 69.41.072. Violations of chapter 69.50 RCW not to be charged under chapter 69.41 RCW--Exception

Any offense which is a violation of chapter 69.50 RCW other than RCW 69.50.4012 shall not be charged under this chapter.
